The Salt Company Staff Residency Program is a full-time, college ministry staff position at a Salt Network church. The position aims to engage men and women in theological education and relational ministry work such as campus outreach, discipleship, theological training, and ministry events. Additionally, residents gain experience in support raising and other essential ministry tasks.
