RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
As the administrative backbone of Salt Company, you will:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the ministry by anticipating needs and managing key administrative functions allowing the team to stay aligned and focused on their goals.
- Manage the ministry’s calendar, ensuring that events, meetings, and responsibilities are prepared for and executed seamlessly with systems and processes that empower administrative excellence.
- Be the vital communications link, creating clarity and consistency with staff, students and supporters.
- Facilitate new connections by ensuring that every person who fills out a connect card is properly linked with an appropriate leader, contributing to the growth and vitality of the community.
EVENT COORDINATOR
As the event coordinator, you will:
- Handle the logistics of the planning and execution of ministry events ensuring all necessary items are prepared to create opportunities for connection, spiritual growth, and community-building within Salt Company.
- Foster collaboration between teams, ensuring that every event is well-prepared and runs smoothly.
- Serve as the bridge between Salt Company and the campus, helping secure permissions and maintaining a strong presence in the broader campus community.
- Oversee logistics for retreats and conferences, creating spaces where students can encounter God in powerful and life-changing ways.
