Associate Salt Director

ASSOCIATE SALT COMPANY DIRECTOR CANDIDATE

We are looking for an ambitious and teachable female that will work with the Salt Company Director to create, maintain, and communicate the vision, culture and strategy of Salt Company in Bloomington-Normal. This candidate should be someone who feels a strong call to vocational ministry,  is motivated to reach the lost and disciple the leaders of the ministry. The prospective Associate Salt Company Director will need to excel in the areas of administration, teaching, Salt Kids ministry and having fun.

CURRENT MINISTRY

Salt Company in Bloomington-Normal Illinois launched in the fall of 2022 as a ministry of Salt Church with the vision of helping the students of Illinois State, Illinois Wesleyan, and Heartland Community College know and follow Jesus. Since then, we’ve seen 25 students make a profession of faith, 8 students choose to obey Jesus through baptism and many more be equipped for a lifetime of following Jesus. Our leaders work hard to establish a culture that is authentic, ambitious and functions like a family.  We do this as a ministry in two ways:  first, we meet on Tuesday nights to worship and faithfully preach the word of God;  second, we meet in small groups where we read scripture, confess sin and walk through life’s highs and lows as brothers and sisters.
