Oversee and execute the worship, tech and gathering environments of the Denton Church Plant with excellence and a pastoral heart.
- Grow as a true disciple of Jesus in all areas of life
- Be a pace setter in cultivating and communicating the vision of the Denton Church Plant
- Collaborate with staff team to shape and promote the worship culture of the Denton Church Plant
- Lead our worship gatherings on Sundays and Thursdays with visible passion, theological clarity, and technical excellence
- Create and lead the worship and set-up teams for effective prep and execution
- Identify, disciple and raise-up existing and emerging musicians & worship leaders
- Oversee and manage all technical aspects of worship gatherings, including understanding live sound engineering principles and training tech volunteers
- Personally raise $2,500/month in financial support
- Work independently and proactively, handling behind-the-scenes projects essential for the Denton Church Plant’s gatherings
- Engage with creative projects as time and giftedness allows
