WORSHIP AND PRODUCTION MINISTRY LEAD:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven leader to carry the responsibility of creating a worship and production ministry within our church plant. The candidate would be someone who is a devoted follower of Christ with a deep love and passion for leading others in worship, developing a worship team, and training others to lead. Further, you are not intimidated by the fast-paced environment of a new and growing church plant, but are energized by the opportunity to reach the campus and community with the gospel and create a culture of worship in the life of the church. In general, you geek out about seeing others step up to serve and empowering them to use their gifts for the glory of the Lord.
CURRENT WORSHIP AND PRODUCTION MINISTRY:
There will be a launch team that you will get to recruit volunteers from in order to train and develop a serve team on the plant.
