RESPONSIBILITIES:
WORSHIP
- Lead worship on Sunday Morning
- Develop a worship culture at Mercy Hill that is relevant and inspirational
- Oversee the budget of the creative team
- Take care of the sound system
- Lead and develop the worship team
- Lead by modeling a Godly example of making disciples
MEDIA
- Oversee the website
- Lead the creative team to create media for our church
- Develop a social media team that creates windows for people to see into our church
CONTRIBUTE
- Lead worship at Salt once a month
- Follow up with newcomers to our church
- Contribute as needed to the city team
Ultimately you are responsible for creating a culture of worship that helps our church to connect with Jesus and develop future worship leaders.
