Execute the administrative needs of The Salt Network
The overall goal for the Executive Assistant is to execute the administrative needs for the network staff team.
Key Responsibilities
Email and Calendar Management: Manage the individual email and calendars for the Executive Director and President as well as the network-wide calendar. Coordinate meetings and appointments and keep major events in front of the whole team.
Network Directory Management: Manage the various staff directories for Salt Company Staff teams and Lead Pastors and wives used for network events, gifts and cards, etc.
Travel Coordination: Coordinate and book travel arrangements for church visits, Send Network events, and other travel needs.
Event Support: Assist Event Manager and other staff with various events and projects.
