Anticipate and execute the administrative needs of The Salt Network
The overall goal for the Senior Executive Assistant is to anticipate and execute the administrative needs for the network staff team, leading the way in solving problems and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Email and Calendar Management: Manage the individual email and calendars for the Executive Director and President as well as the network-wide calendar. Coordinate meetings and appointments and keep major events in front of the whole team.
Project Support: Assist network staff with various projects and initiatives, including resourcing sending churches in their church planting efforts.
Event Support: Play a key role in supporting the execution of various network events, including the Salt Company Conference.
Donor Management: Help create and maintain a robust system of communication with and gratitude towards donors who are supporting the mission of the Network. Manage monthly and annual rhythms of communication, gifts, and fundraising events.
Meeting prep and follow up: Help prepare for and follow up with meetings by prepping agendas and pre-work as well as sending follow-up summaries and additional support information.
Network Directory Management: Manage the various staff directories for Salt Company Staff teams and Lead Pastors and wives used for network events, gifts and cards, etc.
Travel Coordination: Coordinate and book travel arrangements for church visits, Send Network events, and other travel needs.
