Responsibilities
You will articulate and implement the vision for equipping at Keystone generally, and for women, specifically, in the following areas:
- Development
- Work with the pastor for teaching/equipping to develop and implement the overall structure and strategy for equipping according to the vision and values of Keystone Church.
- Create a pathway for and participate in shepherding women, consistent with our CARE process, through crisis, counseling, and prayer that arise within the discipleship context.
- Create and maintain opportunities to meet women who are new to Keystone’s context while also developing mentoring relationships between older and younger women at Keystone.
- Oversight
- Meet consistently with the ministry team to implement direction and construct the calendar for all equipping opportunities.
- Provide oversight for all women’s equipping strategies including seasonal women’s equipping classes, women’s equip essentials, training, leadership development and retreats. This includes teaching development and opportunities.
- Participate in general equip events as needed.
- Work with equip coordinator to execute all communication, promotion, purchasing, and registrations for all equip events.
- Other Responsibilities
- Full participation in Keystone Church at large
- Full participation in all-staff related meetings/events
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor.
Not Job Responsibilities
- Contextualizing Keystone’s vision for ministry areas
- Creating new equipping content
Requirements
- Proficient in Mac computer environment and can easily learn new software solutions including our Church Management Software
- Should be extremely organized and have the foresight to assist with planning.
- Should have the ability to gather and process information and communicate in writing and orally.
- A bachelor’s and/or masters degree in a ministry related field is desirable.

Additionally, by joining the Keystone Staff team, you and your spouse are expected to go through the Membership Process of Keystone Church. As staff and members, you will be placed under the leadership and shepherding of the Elders of this Church and are to lead the way in Celebrating, Connecting, and Contributing.

Hourly Rate: $20-22/hour
Hours: 20 hours weekly (in office/meeting people)
